{"id":2401,"date":"2024-07-20T13:46:20","date_gmt":"2024-07-20T10:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/space-design.in.ua\/project\/business-center-sofia\/"},"modified":"2024-09-02T19:55:51","modified_gmt":"2024-09-02T16:55:51","slug":"business-center-sofia","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.space-design.pro\/en\/project\/business-center-sofia\/","title":{"rendered":"business center &#8220;Sofia&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u0437\u0430\u0432\u0434\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f\">Task<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Develop a comprehensive architectural and design solution for the business center &#8220;Sofia&#8221; &#8211; A-class business center.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u0440\u0456\u0448\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f-\u043a\u043e\u043c\u0430\u043d\u0434\u0438-space\">Team decision SPACE<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our team joined in the work on the facades, landscaping, interior redevelopment, communication and navigation between them, and helped develop the concept and purpose of this building.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In addition, we worked on the concept of interior design, which should reflect the status and purpose of the business center, as well as take into account the historical value of the building itself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<a class=\"read-more-link uk-text-bold read-more-link-open uk-display-block\" href=\"#read-more-content-2401\" data-uk-toggle=\"animation: uk-animation-fade\">Read more<\/a><div id=\"read-more-content-2401\" class=\"read-more-content\" hidden>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In working on the design, we chose a limited range of colors, which is dominated by a warm shade of travertine. It became the background for the decorative and functional accents of this space, highlighted in black.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u0412\u0432\u0456\u0439\u0448\u043e\u0432\u0448\u0438 \u0432 \u0445\u043e\u043b \u0431\u0456\u0437\u043d\u0435\u0441-\u0446\u0435\u043d\u0442\u0440\u0443, \u0432\u0456\u0434\u0432\u0456\u0434\u0443\u0432\u0430\u0447\u0456 \u0432\u0456\u0434\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0443 \u0437\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0442\u0430\u044e\u0442\u044c \u0443\u0432\u0430\u0433\u0443 \u043d\u0430 \u043f\u0456\u0434\u0441\u0432\u0456\u0447\u0435\u043d\u0443 \u0441\u0442 Entering the hall of the business center, visitors immediately pay attention to the illuminated reception desk, over which &#8220;hangs&#8221; a stretch LED ceiling. \u0456\u0439\u043a\u0443 \u0440\u0435\u0446\u0435\u043f\u0446\u0456\u0457, \u043d\u0430\u0434 \u043a\u043e\u0442\u0440\u043e\u044e \u201c\u043d\u0430\u0432\u0438\u0441\u0430\u0454\u201d \u043d\u0430\u0442\u044f\u0436\u043d\u0430 LED \u0441\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044f.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The reception is complemented by other decorative elements, such as door portals, highlighted and decorated with black porcelain. They intuitively visitors to the next area &#8211; the lobby in front of the elevator shaft. Another interesting element is the elevator call button, made on a rack mounted in the floor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The walls of the stairwell around the mine have a non-standard vertical division, which directs the movement to the mountain and visually lengthens the space. The ascent is completed by a massive light lantern with \u0440\u043e\u043c\u0431\u043e\u0432\u0438\u0434\u043d\u0438\u043c \u0447\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f\u043c, \u044f\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043f\u043e\u043a\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0454 \u0432\u0441\u044e \u043f\u043b\u043e\u0449\u0443 \u0441\u0442\u0435\u043b\u0456 \u0442\u0430 \u043d\u0430\u043f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u043b\u044f\u0454 \u043d\u0430 \u0441\u0445\u043e\u0434\u043e\u0432\u0443 \u043a\u043b\u0456\u0442\u043a\u0443 \u0431\u0430\u0433\u0430\u0442\u043e \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0434\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0441\u0432\u0456\u0442\u043b\u0430.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The main accent of the hall walls is decorative plaster, which imitates natural stone. This solution allows you to achieve a relief that is impossible to obtain due to ordinary ceramic tiles.
