The landscaping in front of the building, as well as the design and lighting of the facades, are also the result of our work.   <\/p>&#13;\n<a class=\"read-more-link uk-text-bold read-more-link-open uk-display-block\" href=\"#read-more-content-2418\" data-uk-toggle=\"animation: uk-animation-fade\">Read more<\/a><div id=\"read-more-content-2418\" class=\"read-more-content\" hidden>\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the project, we were able to expand the first-floor lobby space. Thanks to ample lighting and a renovated entrance with convenient sliding doors, this space is clearly visible from the outside. Another practical solution\u2014which also serves as a wonderful decorative element\u2014is the \u201clight beacons,\u201d which intuitively guide customers along the designated pathways on the first floor.    <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brass became the main decorative element, complementing the shopping center\u2019s black-and-white color scheme and once again emphasizing the space\u2019s focus on the premium segment.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We couldn&#8217;t alter the structure of the elevator shaft, so we decided to make it the dominant element that connects all the floors of Magnus.  <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the second floor, we designed a small communal space with comfortable sofas, and visitors can charge their devices using the power from the trees surrounding the area. To give visitors a place to relax, we\u2019ve included a space for a coffee shop on the third floor, which offers a wonderful view of the city. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the project was designed with the long term in mind, we took great care in selecting each material, considering its durability and ease of restoration or replacement. We chose white as the main color for the space\u2014a color that will never go out of style.
