The SPACE DESIGN team developed an interior concept in which every element recalls the “green and whites”. The project was not built and remained at the concept and visualization stage, but it shows clearly how we approach branded offices.

The concept: team spirit in the workplace

The concept is based on a balance between openness and focused work. We proposed leaving the ceiling in exposed architectural concrete, which gives the office a contemporary character and makes the space feel larger. The main colour is deep green, the club’s official colour, used on furniture fronts and in the planting.

Green as a brand system

In this concept, green is not just an accent but a system. It covers the tall storage cabinets, the kitchen fronts and the doors of individual offices. Large graphic numbers on the fronts give the space a sporty character. White walls, light furniture and a grey floor balance the rich colour, so the office never feels overloaded and the club’s brand reads at first glance.

Glass partitions for communication

To make it easy for the club’s departments to work together, we proposed glass partitions with a frosted pattern. They keep work zones private while supporting a sense of transparency and team unity. The glass also lets daylight deep into the floor plan, so even offices at the back of the space stay bright.

Planning the work zones

The concept includes open workstations by the windows, separate offices behind glass partitions and a corridor connecting all the zones. Long planters between the desks act as soft dividers: they separate workstations without blocking light or making the space feel cramped. This office layout lets the team see each other while giving everyone a place for focused work.

Biophilic office design

Live plants in planters clean the air and evoke a football pitch. In the visualizations, workstations have white desks and ergonomic chairs, which matter for everyday work. The planting repeats the club’s brand colour, so the greenery is part of the branding, not just decoration.

Kitchen and break area

The kitchen with a break area has its own place in the concept. Simple green fronts and a “BUT FIRST, COFFEE” neon sign create an informal mood — a place where ideas are born over coffee. A dining table with light chairs works for lunch together or a short informal meeting.

Materials and lighting

Even in concepts, we build in commercial architecture standards: hard-wearing materials and energy-efficient lighting (for European football standards, see UEFA). Linear ceiling lights set the rhythm of the space and give even task lighting over the desks. Light surfaces reflect daylight, and artificial light keeps the same level of comfort in the evening, so people can work without unnecessary eye strain.

What an office concept gives the client

Even an unbuilt concept is a working tool: visualizations help you evaluate the future office, compare options and make decisions before renovation starts. For the club, we showed how to combine a recognizable brand, comfortable workstations and space for informal communication in one interior.

Frequently asked questions

What does a commercial or house design project include?

A brief, a concept, a layout or architectural solution, 3D visualizations, technical drawings and specifications for materials and furniture. If needed, we provide author’s supervision during construction or renovation.

Can I order just a concept?

Yes. A concept with visualizations helps you evaluate the idea, compare options and make decisions before investing in construction. It can later be developed into a full working design.

Do you work on projects in other cities and countries?

Yes. We have offices in Lviv and Warsaw and run projects in several countries: meetings and approvals happen online, and we prepare documentation that local contractors can work with.

Office interior design by SPACE DESIGN

We start every office interior design project by analysing the team: how many people work together, where quiet is needed and where there should be room for meetings and informal conversation. Then come the layout, visualizations, technical drawings, furniture selection and author’s supervision during the works.

The FC Karpaty office concept shows how brand values can become a workspace.
