SPACE DESIGN presents the revitalisation of The Office business centre on Voronoho Street in the city centre, a premium working environment in a historic building.<\/p>\n<a class=\"read-more-link uk-text-bold read-more-link-open uk-display-block\" href=\"#read-more-content-2424\" data-uk-toggle=\"animation: uk-animation-fade\">Read more<\/a><div id=\"read-more-content-2424\" class=\"read-more-content\" hidden>\n<h2>Business centre design in Lviv: respecting the historic facade<\/h2>\n<p>On the exterior we aimed to preserve the authentic historic facade. Delicate LED facade lighting highlights the mouldings, cornices and window surrounds at night and makes the building a landmark of Voronoho Street, while respecting its historic context. See more commercial projects in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.space-design.pro\/en\/project\/\">our portfolio<\/a>. <\/p>\n<h3>Entrance area: reception and lobby<\/h3>\n<p>The lobby mixes industrial minimalism and classic elements. The walls are finished with hard-wearing microcement with the look of architectural concrete. The waiting and coffee-break area features wall clocks showing the time in New York, London and Tokyo, which sets a business tone.<\/p>\n<p>The restored staircase with wooden treads and a classic wrought-iron railing contrasts with the modern glass lift shaft and metal wayfinding elements.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergonomic workspaces<\/h3>\n<p>The offices are designed in a light palette that visually enlarges the space and helps concentration. Furniture includes glass desks on chrome bases, black leather executive chairs and open metal shelving.<\/p>\n<p>In projects of this scale we follow international requirements for daylight, acoustics and energy efficiency of commercial buildings, such as those of <a href=\"https:\/\/breeam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BREEAM<\/a>.
