This interior is for owners who value unconventional spatial solutions, deep dark shades and loft-style elements adapted for comfortable family life.

Kitchen-living room: contrast and texture

The layout is built around a spacious open kitchen-living room with striking visual contrasts. The kitchen combines deep black matt base units with warm wood veneer upper cabinets. We paid special attention to the dining area: an accent wall finished in decorative plaster that imitates raw concrete carries a large white 3D panel — not just decoration but the visual magnet of the room. Linear track lighting and minimalist pendants emphasise the zoning of the space.

Bedroom with a neon accent

The private area continues the style of the apartment with its own character. The main bedroom combines concrete texture with a rich blue headboard. The designer bed appears to float thanks to concealed LED lighting underneath. The highlight of the room is a “LET’S STAY IN BED” neon sign that sets a cosy mood for evening rest. Storage is provided by a roomy wardrobe with translucent sliding glass doors that keep the room light.

A minimalist bathroom

The bathroom is an example of strict yet elegant minimalism. We chose a monochrome dark palette: graphite porcelain tiles, black matt fittings and concealed lighting create a spa-like atmosphere. A walk-in glass shower emphasises clean lines. All materials are moisture-resistant and environmentally friendly (for more on minimalist and eco-design trends, see Dezeen).

How we work on a project

Introduction: we discuss the task, budget and timeline and visit the premises or plot.

Contract and brief: we define the function of each zone and your style preferences.

Design development: layout, concept and 3D visualizations of every space.

Technical drawings: a complete documentation package for the builders.

Specification and procurement: selection of materials, furniture, lighting and appliances.

Implementation: author’s supervision so the result matches the visualizations.

This sequence makes the renovation predictable: decisions are made at the design stage rather than on the building site, so there are far fewer reworks and unplanned costs.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an interior design project cost?

A full residential design project starts at $45 per m² in Ukraine and at 200 PLN net per m² in Poland. It includes layouts, 3D visualizations of every room, technical drawings and specifications.

Do I need author’s supervision?

We recommend it for any renovation: the designer visits the site regularly, checks the work against the drawings and resolves issues with contractors. Supervision costs $200 per month in Lviv and 1,500 PLN net per month in Warsaw, with a weekly site visit.

Can we work together from another city or country?

Yes. We have offices in Lviv and Warsaw and work with clients from other cities and countries online: meetings, approvals and documentation are all handled remotely.

What do you need to get started?

A floor plan or measurements, a few photos and your wishes on style and budget. At the first meeting, we put together a brief and propose the stages of work.

Why it is easy to work with us

We work on a design and build basis: design, custom furniture, contractor coordination and author’s supervision under one roof. You don’t have to find and coordinate a dozen contractors yourself, and one team is responsible for the result.

Loft style for everyday family life

Loft style is often associated with cold industrial spaces, but here we adapted it for family life: dark tones are balanced with warm wood, soft textiles and layered lighting, and every zone has enough storage so the interior stays tidy.
