SPACE DESIGN<\/strong> studio developed an interior that supports Smart People\u2019s core values: openness, teamwork, structure, mobility, and motivation. Our goal was to create an office interior that would be modern, dynamic, high-tech, and psychologically comfortable all at once. The words TEAM<\/strong>, MOTIVATION<\/strong>, FOCUS<\/strong>, and SOLVE PROBLEMS THAT MATTER<\/strong> appear on the walls, in the wayfinding, and in the spatial layout\u2014they shape the character of the space and remind the team of the business\u2019s goals every day. <\/p>\n The space is designed around the principle of \u201copenness,\u201d which aligns with Smart People\u2019s approach to learning and development. The entrance area with the reception desk creates the first impression of the brand: clean geometric lines, metal surfaces, natural lighting, and a minimalist design emphasize the company\u2019s professionalism and dynamism. <\/p>\n In the project, we\u2019ve included several lounge areas with plush ottomans, armchairs, and modular sofas. These areas allow students and staff to relax between lectures, have a casual conversation, or discuss course materials. <\/p>\n Maximum flexibility of the space<\/strong> plays a key role: the furniture can be easily rearranged, which is important for Smart People\u2019s activities\u2014workshops, small group sessions, and brainstorming sessions.<\/p>\n Green partitions and open metal shelving create a dynamic visual structure and divide the space into functional areas.
