1. Pre-design analysis We study the site, planning restrictions, climate and surroundings and gather information about the client’s needs. We also check the technical conditions for utility connections and the restrictions of the area’s master plan. This lets us create a solution based on reality, not fantasy. 2. Architectural concept We shape the idea of the building: its volume, position on the site and the logic of the layout. We create sketches of the facades, interior spaces and zoning and offer several massing and layout options so the client can choose the one closest to their vision. The concept is the basis for all further decisions. 3. Schematic design We develop the architectural solution as drawings, 3D models and facade schemes. At this stage we agree facade materials, the estimated construction cost and the timeline, so you can evaluate the visual and functional model of the future building. 4. Working documentation We prepare a complete set of construction drawings in line with building codes, including structural solutions, floor plans, facades, sections, details and specifications of materials and quantities. 5. Support during construction If needed, we support the construction: we advise builders, clarify details and adapt solutions on site. We also offer a separate design supervision service for the entire construction period. This ensures the integrity of the project and high-quality execution. Do you work in Poland?
Yes. Our Warsaw office is at ul. Cybernetyki 10; we run projects in Polish, Ukrainian and English.
