Entrance Hall: Natural Textures and Mirrored Spaces

The entryway welcomes guests with a large round mirrored panel that visually expands the space. The combination of wood and white decorative stone creates a sense of natural harmony.

The entryway features built-in storage systems in an oak finish and minimalist black accents. Contemporary art on the wall and warm lighting set the tone for the entire interior.

Living Room: Soft Lighting and Clean Geometry

The living room is the heart of the apartment, a space filled with light, tranquility, and warm materials. The light-colored sofa complements the natural hardwood floor, laid in a herringbone pattern.

A feature wall made of black marble with white veins visually balances the space and adds depth.
The goal is to create an interior that feels light and perfectly balanced.

The lighting scenarios are designed for various situations: natural daylight, soft evening lighting, and spotlights to highlight the relaxation area.

Home Office: A Space for Concentration

The study is an intellectual space that combines ergonomics and tranquility. A wooden desk with dark legs, a plush sofa, and a warm palette of beige tones create an atmosphere conducive to concentration.

This space embodies the concept of “quiet within the city” —thanks to the proper orientation of the windows, thick curtains, and the room’s acoustics.\

Bedroom: Light, Wood, and Texture

The bedroom design is centered around a sense of natural purity. The solid wood headboard flows into a decorative textured wall—a design choice that adds depth to the interior without making it feel cluttered.

Soft lighting highlights the texture and structure of materials, creating a calm rhythm in the space.
There is nothing random about the bedroom—only balance, texture, and light.

Bathrooms: Contrasts and Materials

The apartment has two bathrooms, each with its own unique character.

• The dark bathroom features textured stone, black fixtures, and lighting that creates a sense of depth.

• A bright bathroom features marble, graphite accents, and clean, geometric shapes.

These spaces embody the Space Design philosophy— maximum texture with a minimum of details.

130 m² terrace: a private oasis overlooking Warsaw

The terrace is an extension of the living space. Its 130 m² are divided into several areas:

• An outdoor kitchen with stone facades and a grill,

• Dining area under the pergola,

• A lounge area with a fireplace,

• A relaxation area with lounge chairs and a panoramic view of the city.

The landscaping features ornamental grasses, lavender, and herbs, which create a natural sense of movement in the space. In the evening, the lighting highlights the architectural lines and vegetation, creating a serene atmosphere.

Materials and Textures: From Wood to Mineral Surfaces

The choice of materials in this project reflects Space Design’s philosophy— a blend of the natural and the technological.

• Wood paneling and hardwood floors add warmth.

• Stone and marble surfaces create a sense of stability.

• Decorative plasters are sold by the Polish company Limestone LTD, which specializes in high-quality mineral and lime-based coatings. Their products have made it possible to achieve a natural depth of texture and an elegant matte finish on the walls.

This combination of materials creates a cohesive interior atmosphere—understated, elegant, and timeless.

SPACE DESIGN — Interiors for Life Between Ukraine and Poland

The SPACE DESIGN team works simultaneously in Poland (Warsaw) and Ukraine (Lviv, Kyiv), creating modern interiors where every meter is thought out down to the smallest detail.
