Apartment Interior Design in Warsaw: Modern Elegance by Space Design
Creating the perfect living space requires attention to detail, a deep understanding of ergonomics, and impeccable taste. The Space Design team presents a new interior design project for an apartment in Warsaw. This premium property, located in the prestigious Miasteczko Wilanów neighborhood (Chlonda Street), harmoniously combines European quality, functionality thought out down to the smallest detail, and trendy minimalism. We create spaces that reflect the character of their owners. You can view more of our completed projects in the portfolio section.

The tour of the apartment begins with a spacious entryway. To visually enlarge the space and add depth to the room, we installed a spacious floor-to-ceiling cabinet with mirrored doors. It not only conceals all storage systems but also maximizes the reflection of natural light. The hallway walls are finished with durable decorative plaster from Limestone, which contrasts beautifully with the warm tones of the wooden entry door.
Open Space: How We Designed the Interior of an Apartment in Warsaw
The main living area is a spacious open-concept space that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. This is a classic and very practical solution that we consistently use when developing custom designs for our clients. The luxurious parquet flooring, laid in a classic French herringbone pattern by the Polish brand Świat Podłóg, serves as the logical unifying element throughout the entire space.
Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen cabinets are finished in a deep matte graphite shade. For the cabinet fronts, we chose durable and practical AGT materials (ordered through the ViYar service). They look luxurious against the backdrop of the countertop and kitchen backsplash, which feature a dark marble-effect finish with striking light veins. Above the solid wood dining table hangs an elegant arrangement of Nowodvorski pendant lights, which creates an intimate atmosphere during family dinners.
The Living Room’s Relaxation Area and TV Wall are designed for maximum relaxation. The main focal point here is a large, light-colored sofa with a trendy rounded shape. Opposite it is the TV area, which we finished with Limestone textured plaster and glossy black marble-effect panels. Contour LED lighting creates a sense of spaciousness and highlights the texture of the materials. The wall behind the sofa is adorned with wooden panels, which add warmth to the room.

When designing the interior of an apartment in Warsaw, we paid special attention to the private relaxation areas:
Bedroom: To ensure a healthy and comfortable night’s sleep, we’ve chosen an elegant, plush bed from the renowned Polish manufacturer MyBed. The interior is harmoniously complemented by wall panels with integrated lighting, which create soft evening lighting.
Bathroom: The design is based on a sophisticated interplay of natural textures. Light-colored stone-effect porcelain tile from Tubądzin blends perfectly with the natural wood-look tile in the spacious shower stall. Black matte concealed plumbing fixtures and a stylish mirror with futuristic backlighting give the space a thoroughly modern feel.
Location Matters: Prestigious Villanov
This apartment is located in one of the most attractive and modern neighborhoods of the Polish capital. The spacious balcony, finished with practical decking, offers a wonderful view of the low-rise architecture of Chlonda Street and the green recreational areas. The apartment’s interior is 100% in keeping with the high status of this location.
How we work on a project
- Introduction: we discuss the task, budget and timeline and visit the premises or plot.
- Contract and brief: we define the function of each zone and your style preferences.
- Design development: layout, concept and 3D visualizations of every space.
- Technical drawings: a complete documentation package for the builders.
- Specification and procurement: selection of materials, furniture, lighting and appliances.
- Implementation: author’s supervision so the result matches the visualizations.
This sequence makes the renovation predictable: decisions are made at the design stage rather than on the building site, so there are far fewer reworks and unplanned costs.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an interior design project cost?
A full residential design project starts at $45 per m² in Ukraine and at 200 PLN net per m² in Poland. It includes layouts, 3D visualizations of every room, technical drawings and specifications.
Do I need author’s supervision?
We recommend it for any renovation: the designer visits the site regularly, checks the work against the drawings and resolves issues with contractors. Supervision costs $200 per month in Lviv and 1,500 PLN net per month in Warsaw, with a weekly site visit.
Can we work together from another city or country?
Yes. We have offices in Lviv and Warsaw and work with clients from other cities and countries online: meetings, approvals and documentation are all handled remotely.
What do you need to get started?
A floor plan or measurements, a few photos and your wishes on style and budget. At the first meeting, we put together a brief and propose the stages of work.
