SPACE team solution
First of all, we put ourselves in the place of tenants. Therefore, a specific task loomed before us – to place two autonomous bedrooms with full bathrooms in the apartment. This solution will provide a comfortable sublease for two and even four people. At the same time, we allocated a separate space for the laundry room, you can get there through a shared access located in the corridor.
The area of the kitchen-dining room and a small living room was visually expanded by using light colors and translucent chairs intended for public use. At the same time, we did not forget about the color accents that “enliven” the room.
Another feature of the interior is the hanging wardrobe in the hallway. Under it, it is comfortable to keep everyday shoes, which, if not properly planned, block the way in the most transit zone of the apartment. And the final element of the corridor was a house for a robot vacuum cleaner, made to match the wardrobe.
