Task

Create a modern penthouse interior for a young bachelor in the city of Uzhhorod.

SPACE team solution

Communication between all areas of the penthouse takes place through a spacious hallway. Here we have installed a wall cabinet under which you can store everyday shoes and a pull-out ottoman, which will come in handy when the owner or guests of the house need to lace up their shoes. There is also a large full-length mirror, which allows you to look at yourself in full height before leaving.

The hallway leads to the living room area. Since the client loves video games and often invites his friends to play together, the interior design had to take this hobby into account. For maximum immersion in the virtual world, we provided a large TV screen, and a sofa close to the screen enhanced this effect.

Another interesting element of the living room was a rest area with a real fireplace. The client dreamed of a corner for rest and relaxation, so we had to work on creating a special atmosphere. In this, not least, we were helped by the fire, which, as you know, you can look at forever.

At the client’s request, we separated the kitchen area from the living room. This prevents any odors from entering the common space. For the kitchen itself, we chose a restrained and laconic design, the main thing here is functionality and durability.

To create the design of the bedroom, we were inspired by Japanese interiors. The basic materials were concrete and wood, and the neon sign and cobalt color became the main accents of the room. There is a wardrobe behind a glass partition. Its facade once again emphasizes the minimalism of the bedroom. And the variety of lighting schemes allows you to choose the option that corresponds to the current mood.

The bathroom, which is almost entirely made in black, turned out to be interesting. Only thanks to the large amount of light provided by the stretch LED ceiling, it is not perceived as gloomy. The installed RGB lighting can also add color, which once again proves that with the right approach it is possible to take into account all the nuances.
