Task
Replan the apartments to increase the effective space and functional areas, as well as create a modern interior design for a young couple, whose plans include expanding the family.
SPACE team solution
The most difficult task at the facility was the stage of replanning. The developer gave us an apartment with a large number of monolithic pylons, which could not be dismantled or hidden in any way. At the same time, the technical task provided for many different functional zones, which required the unification of the space. Thanks to the right approach, we managed to get out of this situation and offer planning that satisfied all the requirements of the customers.
Despite the complexity at the first stage, creating the design brought a lot of pleasure to both us and the owners of the house. Since the couple received a fine art education, they were happy to respond to our suggestions to experiment with colors and textures. Therefore, granite, concrete, wood and various color accents are harmoniously combined in the interior.
