Our main mission was to create an interior that will allow you to recover after a busy day in the city. To make every member of the family feel comfortable, we did not use intrusive accents, but concentrated on laconic modern forms and materials. We paid special attention to lighting to highlight important areas, we developed many lighting schemes and took care of the intuitive arrangement of electrical appliances.
When entering the penthouse, we enter the hallway, which is separated from the kitchen-living room area by a spacious glass wardrobe. To the right, behind the mirrored door, there is a guest bathroom with a floor-standing sink, a mirrored wall decorated with gradient spraying and a luminous LED stretch ceiling.
The main highlight of the living room are wide convertible sofas. Thanks to the “portable” back, they easily change their configuration and can be used by large companies for various types of recreation.
The dominant element of the kitchen is the island, part of which rests on a glass support, and an induction stove is installed under the ceramic granite tabletop. Behind the work surface, we can see a functional apron that will help organize small items and keep them close at hand while cooking. On the floor, large-format single-toned ceramic granite in the format 1200×1200 was used, thanks to which we managed to achieve a sense of the integrity of the space.
Also on the first floor is a children’s room with its own bathroom and dressing room. In order to provide the child with a private space for games, we have placed a small area covered with a canopy, a special bed with large soft sides is located nearby, and the wallpaper with a gradient stretch will be relevant even in the teenage years of the owner of the room.
Climbing the stairs to the second floor, we get to the cinema hall area, equipped with a large screen and a wide sofa for comfortable viewing of movies both with family and friends.
Opposite the cinema hall, there is a second children’s room. It also has its own bathroom. For entertainment, there is a large play area with mats, ropes and a climbing wall.
One of the main rooms of the house is the master’s bedroom, which, unlike the rest of the apartment, is decorated in dark colors. There is a full double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. And the niche, decorated with a phytowall of stabilized flowers, became one of the accents of this room.
The bedroom is equipped with a private master bathroom. It is separated by a glass door made of corrugated glass. The main mass of the bathroom is decorated with dark ceramic granite with a stone texture, but on the floor it is laid out with a “herringbone” pattern with light-colored inserts. The bathroom has a laundry area, a large double sink, a built-in bathtub, in which you can comfortably watch TV that comes out of the closet, and if you don’t have time for a bath, you can always relax in an equally spacious shower.
You can also go through the bedroom to a non-standard place – the game room. This is the owner’s space, where he spends his free time. This is a soundproof room, with a computer, TV, recliner, and the main feature of this room is an aquarium with jellyfish.
And all the surprises do not end there. The penthouse has two terraces. One is common, where the family and their friends will gather for joint recreation, BBQ evenings and meditatively admiring the view of the city. The second terrace is private, there is a large four-seater jacuzzi and deck chairs, which will help relieve stress and relax after the busy pace of city life.
