SPACE team solution
Our team approached the solution of the task comprehensively: we worked not only on the design of common areas, but also on zoning, communication and logistics of all floors. Landscaping in front of the building, decoration and lighting of the facades are also the result of our work.
Read moreDuring the implementation of the project, we managed to expand the space of the hall on the first floor. With an abundance of light and an updated entrance portal with convenient sliding doors, this space is beautifully viewed from the outside. Another practical solution, which in addition became a wonderful decoration, is “light beacons”, which intuitively direct customers to the appropriate flows of the first floor.
The main decorative element was brass, which complemented the black and white gamut of the shopping center and once again emphasized the space’s focus on the premium segment.
We could not interfere with the construction of the elevator shaft, so we decided to make it the dominant element that connects all floors of Magnus.
On the second floor, we designed a small public space, with soft sofas, and from the trees that are located around, you can charge your devices. In order for visitors to relax, on the third floor we provided a place under the cafe, which offers a wonderful view of the city.
Since the project was developed for a long-term perspective, we very carefully approached the choice of each material, its durability and convenience in case of restoration or replacement. And white was chosen as the main color of the space, which will not lose its relevance. It helped light up the room, and its ease of maintenance made it the best option for a crowded place.
