Revitalize the facade of a historic building and design the interior for a modern business center, emphasizing authentic details.

At the presented facility, we were lucky enough to work on another historic facade, create a well-maintained hall that will present the business center, and modernize the leased space. Since the building is located in the central part of the city and has historical value, during the revitalization we focused on preserving and restoring the authentic decor.
While working on the interior, we concentrated on the restoration of historical elements, which were emphasized thanks to a well-thought-out lighting scenario. At the same time, the laconic achromatic scale made it possible to shift the emphasis from color to form and materials.
