Designing a business centre in Lviv is a complex architectural task: it requires combining the city’s historic heritage with the needs of modern companies. SPACE DESIGN presents the revitalisation of The Office business centre on Voronoho Street in the city centre, a premium working environment in a historic building.

On the exterior we aimed to preserve the authentic historic facade. Delicate LED facade lighting highlights the mouldings, cornices and window surrounds at night and makes the building a landmark of Voronoho Street, while respecting its historic context. Entrance area: reception and lobby
The lobby mixes industrial minimalism and classic elements. The walls are finished with hard-wearing microcement with the look of architectural concrete. The waiting and coffee-break area features wall clocks showing the time in New York, London and Tokyo, which sets a business tone.
The restored staircase with wooden treads and a classic wrought-iron railing contrasts with the modern glass lift shaft and metal wayfinding elements.
Ergonomic workspaces
The offices are designed in a light palette that visually enlarges the space and helps concentration. Furniture includes glass desks on chrome bases, black leather executive chairs and open metal shelving.
